Brave Spirit confirmed his current well-being with a last gasp success over an inadequate 2m2f on soft ground back over hurdles here last time and should be spot on for his return to chasing so gets the vote ahead of Classic Native and Charango Star. The last mentioned is less exposed than most of these but a fall at Stratford last time may have left its mark and he may be best watched at present. Mr Cospector has along absence to overcome and of more interest may be All In The Stars, who has claims on the pick of his form but hails from the yard of Paul Keane that has yet to really fire this term. Classic Native has not been seen since a below par effort in the National Hunt Chase but is better than he showed that day and has to be respected. However, Brave Spirit is clearly in fine fettle at present and is taken to make a winning return to a more suitable trip back over fences.
