Verdict

A couple of these arrive on hat-tricks having won conditionals’ races last time and both escape a penalty as a consequence. But Goodgirlteresa’s double came over fences and given she’s yet to win over timber in 11 attempts, SILVER QUAY is preferred. The latter has landed a double over hurdles at Taunton and Jimmy Frost’s charge looks worth sticking with in this. King Cnut is another returning to the smaller obstacles having unseated in a chase at Kempton recently while Goldslinger remains 8lb higher than last year’s success at Newton Abbot and Hier Encore is preferred on his course and distance victory on Boxing Day last year.
