Willshebetrying gained her first victory over this course and distance on heavy going in December but ran poorly on a return visit a couple of weeks later. The Green Ogre had been chasing before two decent runs over timber, the latest in slightly better company at Newbury, while Tactical Manoeuvre returned to form over this trip at Taunton and is only 4lb higher. MINELLATILLMORNING was well supported in a conditionals' race on that latter track and was always travelling like a winner. The assessor has reacted with a 9lb rise but there should be more to come now he's struck form and Neil Mullholland's grey can complete a double.
