In depth

Verdict

FREDDIES RETURN never got involved over a longer trip at Cheltenham last month but his earlier second to Gentle George over 3m2f at Warwick is easily the best form on offer here and he can complete a quick double for his yard. Arbour Hill also ran at Cheltenham last month, finishing fourth. He doesn't convince over regulation fences but could be the one to profit if the top weight fails to fire, though the trip will hold no fears for Duke of Kentford who has won over 4m. He is readily preferred to Orfeo Conti and Pastek of the others.
