Verdict

A modest finale in which hopefully the market will suggest that all is well with SKY FULL OF STARS on this first start since March. The Gordon charge posted two wins at this venue in January but was pulled up on that latest start when there was presumably an issue with the son of Mahler. If all's well, he should go close if back to somewhere near his best. Truckers Tangle is an obvious contender due to his solid consistency and it would come as no surprise were he to shed his maiden tag after a decent effort the last day when hunting up Midnight Midge under the same pilot. Keep an eye in the market on the returning Amron Kali and Kenny George is a possible improver.
