Without a win on the Flat, CHEEKY RASCAL made a successful debut over hurdles at Wincanton last month. He has plenty of scope for improvement and can defy a penalty in this modest company. Ex-French filly Tazka was placed at Kempton on her debut in this country and should finish closer today but The Lincoln Lawyer disappointed at Sedgefield last time having finished second at Huntingdon on his earlier hurdling bow. Vlannon also found one too good when runner-up here on his penultimate start and it would be no surprise to see a much better effort from Tour de Paris today.
