In depth

Verdict

Golden Feather gets the confident vote to win this competitive handicap hurdle with Lets Try Again and Shaman rating the main dangers. The selection remains on a handy mark and probably would have won last time out but for making a mistake three out, he again has conditions to suit and looks the one to be on. Lets Try Again rates the main danger on his latest staying on fourth behind Ellway Prospect especially as this longer trip should suit and he should be noted in the market. Shaman is another that could go well on his latest fourth behind Honan but that form has since been let down and he looks vulnerable under top weight. Of the remainder Canni Thinkaar is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but he looks weighted up to his best. Of the remainder French Direction has dropped to a handy mark and is another to note in the market but in a race which contains plenty of dead wood for the winner we return to Golden Feather.
