In depth

Verdict

Morestead has posted a couple of poor efforts since scoring at Wincanton last month and appears to have lost his way a little. Border Station and Osmosia were both well beaten in the same race at Ascot last month but can finish closer in this lower grade, while Sawago showed a bit more at Folkestone on his latest start and could be thereabouts. DANEVA has gone close on her last two starts including a second at Hereford last time and, with a conditional taking 7lb off her back today, might just have the edge.
