In depth
Verdict
Clar Na Mionn showed enough ability last spring to suggest he can get competitive but faces a stiff task on his return as both KING OF FIRTH and Pyrus Gold Wind have been going well. The former just gets the vote as he's been up against strong opposition and led into the straight before fading on his two latest starts so hopefully will be ridden with a bit more restraint. Pyrus Gold Wind ran a fine race behind Dr Linzi here last month and with progress expected will make a bold bid along with Send For Mary, who made a fair debut at Navan. Mick Hourigan's Aerlite Supreme has a fine jumping pedigree and looks best of the newcomers.
