In depth

Verdict

This looks quite competitive and Joseph O’Brien complicates matters by saddling three runners. Limerick winner Syrena was only sixth when favourite at Leopardstown but looks better drawn than Fancy Footings and Deira Surprise. Cruella Dovil keeps finding one too good but CALLING TIME certainly knows where the winning post is. A winner at Roscommon and Killarney this month, the top weight is making rapid strides and could well defy a further 7lb rise to complete the hat-trick. At the opposite end of the handicap, Limerick runner-up Improving has place prospect again but Sunset Nova was all out to land a Navan maiden earlier this month.
