Verdict

It's impossible to oppose SEARCH FOR GLORY on his reappearance. A winning point-to-pointer and bumper, he was narrowly beaten into third in a Clonmel Grade 3 novices' hurdle before finding Grade 1 races at Cheltenham and Aintree beyond him. The opposition is negligible with winning point-to-pointer Alvarez Eclipse possibly the best of them having been a fair fourth in a Cork maiden. Magic Soldier may prove best of the remainder.
