Verdict

Conde should enjoy the extra furlong and doesn’t look badly treated on his handicap debut. The latter comment also applies to Mission To Moon, another maiden who is still heading in the right direction. Balon D'Or has been highly tried since making a winning debut at Musselburgh but we’ll take the view that GRAY’S INN’s latest fourth in Listed company was no fluke. He’d overcome trouble in-running to win on soft going at Chester previously and could be a blot on the handicap. Macanudo is tried in blinkers but was a beaten favourite last time, as were Bits And Bobs and Doddie's Impact.
