Not for the first time, Tangerine Trees won on his seasonal debut but has not won twice in the same year since 2011. PETTOCHSIDE (NAP) makes more appeal as he made all over 6f here last time when finishing nearly four lengths clear of the rest and can win over 5f for the first time today if allowed his own way in front once again. Mossgo was second at Lingfield during the week but has just the one win in 19 starts on the Turf while Long Awaited has not won anywhere since 2012 and was second in a plating race at Wolverhampton last time. Powerful Wind, Whitecrest and Ask The Guru have all won lower grade sprints recently with the latter beating Royal Bajan at Brighton.
