It was fast ground when Many A Star won this last year while the three-year-old and last month’s Thirsk winner Zaman Jemil has yet to encounter today’s underfoot conditions. A rejuvenated Count Otto and Justcallmepete are others likely to struggle on the prevailing going but MONSIEUR KODI is more versatile as regards the ground. The latter won on soft at Thirsk in June and there looks more to come from him this year. Cooperation could go well despite the rise in class and is preferred to the likes of Music Society and Live In The Moment.
