A good race in prospect here and VALE OF YORK is preferred to Mata Keranjang, while Field Of Dream is an unknown quantity. The selection was an impressive enough debut winner at York over this trip before being pitched-in at Group 3 level in the Acomb Stakes back at the Knavesmire last time, where he finished over four lengths clear of Mata Keranjang. In the context of this Listed contest both of those efforts were good and we should see more from both horses today, though the Godolphin runner does look the one to be with. Field Of Dream has had just two runs in Italy, both successful, over five and six furlongs. Luca Cumani now steps him up to seven and he should be at home on fast ground, so if there is market support for him then we should take note. Frankie Dettori prefers Atlantis Star to our selection and the other Godolphin runner is also stepped up in trip here after running with credit in a Chester conditions race where only three turned up. He looks sure to improve again and could make a mockery of his current mark of 98. Mon Cadeaux was always in control at Salisbury and can also find more, so he is a very interesting player, but Vale Of York can score.
