Verdict

Thames Knight won over a slightly longer trip here at the start of the month but BALANCING TIME wasn’t far behind in fourth and is 5lb better off. Much improved on the all-weather over the last few months, the Pivotal gelding may be ready to open his account on Turf now. Fast And Hot beat the luckless Essenaitch at Newbury and Windsor last month but didn’t appear to stay 1m4f at Kempton in January. Silver Ghost is by sprinter Dark Angel and steps up in trip but Art Of Swing could go well and looks the pick of Gary Moore’s trio. Hurdler Azzuri may have too much weight, however.
