In depth
Verdict
Dance In The Sun is fancied to land this on her handicap debut, with the lightly-raced Fisio Therapy, Blackwater Angel and Flight Of Esteem the best of the opposition. Amanda Perrett's filly had already put in several useful runs when she started hot favourite for a nine furlong maiden at Folkestone at the end of March, and she duly obliged in convincing fashion. Her absence since then is a slight concern, but this extra distance is sure to suit and she could easily be capable of winning her handicap debut from a mark of 76. Fisio Therapy makes the long journey down from Middleham having run out an easy winner at Haydock on just his second start, but that was on much easier ground and things may happen a little too quickly for him here. Blackwater Angel makes a belated reappearance and John Dunlop's filly was out of her depth in Listed company on her final start last year, but had earlier scored nicely at Haydock and would certainly have claims on her handicap debut if fit enough for this. Of the remainder, Lingfield winner Flight Of Esteem makes a little more appeal than Go For Success, second in a weakish Classified Stakes at Chepstow last time.
