    Verdict

The handicapper took very few chances with Al Mohallab after two impressive outings as a juvenile, but his initial rating of 100 was always going leave him hard to place this season. Now 6lb lower after a couple of less than sparkling efforts, Barry Hills' charge could have been given a chance of making an impression at this level. However, this is a tough assignment and he will need to improve on what he has shown so far this term. That said, he is still very lightly and as one of the least exposed runners in the field, he just receives the TEAMtalk vote. Norton is another who has strong chances if he can put in something like his best, but he has been on the go for some time now and is vulnerable to a more progressive rival. Atlantic Ace has promised to deliver in similar company of late and has definite each way claims - as do Skylarker and Another Secret; who both deserve a change of luck.
