Verdict

Harry Hunt won this jumps jockeys race back in 2013 and last year’s winning rider Dave Crosse gets the leg-up on Fitzwilly, who scored over 2m at Ripon in August. But Trevor Whelan has also won this before and has another good chance on TAPER TANTRUM, placed on his last four starts. Age Of Wisdom was third at Kempton last time and Medburn Cutler went close at Chepstow on his penultimate start. Bamako Du Chatelet is best on the all-weather but Song Light is not badly treated back on the Flat.
