In depth
Verdict
Dulas has yet to win a handicap but went close when attempting to make all at Chester a fortnight ago. But COLD STARE (NAP) makes more appeal as it was soft ground when he scored off a higher mark over track and trip last year and David O’Meara’s charge can also reverse last summer’s running at Haydock on better terms with the winner Greenside. Margub and Starshiba have both won on the all-weather this year though neither have encountered testing going before while Lord Rapscallion has slid back down the weights and posted a better effort at Newmarket last time.
