Verdict
Fantasia is preferred to Pachattack and Faraway Flower in a good renewal of this Group 3. The selection was thought to be in need of the experience ahead of her debut at Newmarket but she trounced the field in the style of a seriously good filly. That race was run in a fierce squall and it's just possible that some of her rivals underperformed as a result but it was hard not to be impressed and she can take this prize before taking her chance in the Group 1 Fillies Mile. Pachattack appeals as the type to get better with age and this handsome individual was an impressive winner of her maiden at the Glorious meeting. Her proven ability to handle the track is a big plus and, she too, has a couple of Group 1 entries; her chance is respected. Faraway Flower has been off the track since winning at Doncaster in June; that performance hinted that she was a decent sort and some of the yard's best juveniles have been introduced at Doncaster over the years. Lahaleeb is progressing at a rate of knots and shouldn't be dismissed out of hand despite having come through nurseries but our idea of the winner is Fantasia.
