In depth
Formwatch
Coyote Second to Monnavanna at Chester on seasonal return; from the Stoute-Fallon team, she'll have her supporters and we'll get a chance to evaluate the merit of Monnavanna's form ahead of her run at 4:15 at Goodwood today.
Double Fare Showed promise on debut at Nottingham on May 11; should improve on that but this trip may ultimately prove too short for her.
Dr Booby (IRE) Down the field on her sole start so far; she'd need to have come on a lot for that so others are preferred.
Gentle Magic Unplaced in 6 maiden on only start to date; a good bit more required today.
La Passione (USA) Good second on her debut behind Zilch last November and stable was not at its best when unplaced at Newbury on first run this year; she has to be on the shortlist.
Marani Fifth in a very good Doncaster maiden last October; she is an interesting prospect for this year; the downside is that this trip will almost certainly not prove her ideal and she has yet to run this year.
Mark One Fourth on the AW at Wolverhampton last time after some promise in maidens prior to that; if you can ignore the AW run (over 12f), then she would not be readily ruled out
Pringipessa's Way First run from a stable that is not a readily-identifiable source of winners of this type of race; the intriguing part is that she is not too badly bred atall.
Rapparee (USA) A promising fifth in a Newmarket maiden on May 6; she is out of a likeable filly and has to be considered here.
