Verdict
The progressive NELSON GAY landed a hat-trick with a six-length romp at Sandown a week ago. He’s penalised for that success but is difficult to oppose dropping down a grade in his current form. Peerless moves in the opposite direction having won an easier contest at Nottingham recently and is 7lb higher today while Warrior Brave and Cahors both won on the all-weather before beaten off their current marks. Maiden winner Campachoochoo makes her handicap and Turf debut fitted with cheekpieces for the first time.
