The girls get their chance to show their stamina in this Group 3 contest in which STARFALA may be good enough, while Suailce, Cassique Lady and Princess Taylor all have claims. The latter pair have collateral form for us to go on, with Cassique Lady having had the measure of Princess Taylor over 1m 3f at Warwick. The pair meet on level terms here and there should be little to choose between them again, but on a line through Barshiba, Starfala appears to have the beating of both. Frankie Dettori gets the leg-up on Paul Cole's filly, who struggled to go the pace at Group 2 level in the Lancashire Oaks. She will probably appreciate both this extra quarter-of-a-mile and the slight drop in grade and those factors will hopefully be the key to her being able to break her duck on turf. Suailce has to be respected on her raid from across the water and she is already proven over two miles, so she'd be no shock winner. The others have a fair bit to find and a chance is taken with Starfala.
