In depth
Verdict
Fantasy Believer and Dutch Decoy are both upped in trip bidding for hat-tricks while the latter’s stablemate Rainbow Colours missed out on a treble when second over a mile here on Tuesday and a third Johnson runner in Forest Falcon won over 1m2f here on the same day. Bolthole and Kitsune Power failed to threaten in the Britannia at Ascot when the latter came out best of that pair while Ajero found one too good yet again when a long way behind the winner at the same track and drops down in trip. General Lee will be sharper for a recent comeback and so will LA MAQUINA, who raced in Bahrain over the winter and went close over today’s trip. He returned to action with a good effort over 7f at Newmarket recently and should be in the mix.
