Verdict

We open with an intriguing seller where RUSSIAN ICE has been progressive in four starts and should improve again so she is our selection marginally ahead of Belle Royale and last time out winner Mini Bon Bon. Displaying enough speed to win over this trip the pick has improved her results in maidens a seller. She ran better than her odds suggested she might on her last run and although untested on this ground she should show us more again. Kieron Fallon takes the ride on Belle Royale who was progressing nicely until a slightly poorer effort last time. The form from that race has some strength to it and she'll act in these conditions. Mini Bon Bon is the only one in this line-up with a win to her name and could build on that while Speed Gene is from a yard in form and should improve from her debut run. Not much form to go on in this race but Russian Ice is progressive.
