Verdict

Tazaral won a course and distance maiden a year ago and has raced in stronger company including a fair effort in the Irish Lincoln. Course winner Amber Kite finished lame on her comeback so that result should be ignored while Allihies made a successful debut at Limerick in October before finishing last in a Leopardstown Group 3. This looks a bit short for Leo De Fury these days but GEAR UP's last two runs have been at Group level at the Curragh where he hasn't been beaten far - he gets the nod. Curragh Listed winner Fantasy Lady should be winning again soon judging by last month's Leopardstown run while Start Line couldn't have won any easier in maiden company at Killarney.
