In depth

Verdict

Chamonix has shown little so far over hurdles but can't be ignored given his stable's tremendous recent form. Fearachain runs for the first time since second at Downpatrick in October but should be capable of winning a race like this, though he was behind LITTLE HAARTH at Navan earlier and Des McDonogh's charge was then fourth in a decent contest at Naas - Paul Townend keeps the partnership intact on his reappearance. Solatentif was surprisingly put back in bumpers after finishing second at Killarney in August. He can't be ruled out and neither can Hes Our Robin, though the latter is more exposed than some.
