The very consistent Akira probably holds the key to the form as she has finished close behind Alive Alive Oh and BROOCH recently and there is nothing between those two winners. However, this has been a cracking race for three-year-olds with six of the seven renewals going to the younger brigade so the latter, who looked well worth the step-up in grade when beating Akira in a Listed race at Killarney, looks the one to be on. Ralph Beckett sends Regardez from the Uk and she ran very well behind Tasaday over a slightly longer trip at York so should be in the shake-up. Another raider, Karl Burke's Odeliz, looks the main threat as she has been running consistently well in slightly higher grade since her victory at Longchamp a year ago.
