ALANS PRIDE (NAP) just failed to concede stable-companion Tom Dooley 19lb at Roscommon and though he could have done without a 5lb rise the winner scored again on Thursday so the form looks strong enough for this. Eadaoins Pet has finished close up in all four starts for Johnny Feane and should be winning soon but Cosmic Symbol, who completed a double last month, shot up the weights and has been unable to cope. Harry Speed was behind the selection last time though Kevin Manning takes over the reins while Voyageofdiscovery has been running well over a mile and won't be inconvenienced by the drop in trip.
