Fit For Function arrives in good form and has won here from higher marks so has to be on the shortlist. The veteran Plough Boy had his 100th run at Down Royal last month but, though running well, failed to add to his 15 career victories. BELEAGUERMENT doesn't win often but just failed to add to his tally at Naas on Thursday when beaten a head. He's dropped to a winnable mark and this could be his day with Siobhan Rutledge again able to claim 2lb in this apprentice race. Hands Down created a 50/1 shock at Sligo and is only 2lb higher despite a good run at Roscommon.
