      Verdict

      Sneer is in danger of becoming disappointing and PRAIRIE WINGS, who runs in the Hamdan Al Maktoum colours, appears a much safer option. An $800,000 yearling, the Tapit filly looked as though she was about to start repaying some of that outlay when runner-up to Mylastforstkiss last month having also finished second on debut here back in February. Her powerful yard also run Assume, who improved to place last month and is another unexposed filly who cost plenty. Lasting Union may be improving but she’ll find easier opportunities in the weeks ahead.
