Verdict
Tahlia Ree is obviously the one to beat, especially with Ian Burns' claim meaning that she receives weight all round. Her belated debut ended with a pleasing effort behind a Godolphin hotpot at Yarmouth. That represents the best form on offer but it did arrive on good to firm ground, totally different to the conditions she's due to face now. She's the likely winner if handling conditions but ELEGANT GIRL is a viable alternative reverting to maiden company after a close second to Alnair in a handicap at Musselburgh. Red Baron improved second time up but is probably going to need more time whilst Tayvallich is a newcomer to note from the Mark Johnston operation.
