        River Canyon (IRE) Thrown in on form in Ireland two years ago but has clearly lost his way since; interesting nevertheless and would be no surprise if he returned to winning ways here.

        Ace of Trumps Normally consistent gelding who goes on any ground; ran disappointingly at Pontefract last time but has to be respected if back to form here.

        Bacchus Well enough treated at the weights although has been disappointing this season.

        Little John Could be suited by the drop back in trip after attempts over further.

        Hutchies Lady Good third on reappearance but more needed to win this. The rest of the runners seem to have every little chance.
