Verdict

SALLY'S SWANSONG had Dotty Darroch well behind when third in soft ground at Newcastle last time. She may be up to winning off her current mark and gets the nod ahead of Here Now And Why. The latter won twice over today's trip last year but is still a couple of pounds higher than his most recent success while Cayman Fox is still finding it tough to end his long losing run despite slipping down the weights. Hambleton's poor strike rate suggests he'll find at least one too good yet again but Pinball could make the frame on her seasonal bow.
