      Verdict

North Central finally came good at Catterick last Friday and should go well here, despite the extra. But the top weight has a bit to find to overturn Ayr running with Eilean Eeve and we prefer another penalised runner, HAMBLETON. He had Hayek, King Bertolini and Isle Of Ellis behind when landing a similar contest at Redcar eight days ago and Bryan Smart's lightly-raced four-year-old is arguably still well treated, with Serena Brotherton's presence in the saddle another plus. Dower Glen, a winner at Musselburgh last month, and Wolverhampton specialist Almaty Express could prove best of the rest.
