In depth

Verdict

Faldo is out of a mare that has produced winners with all of her offspring to race. He was an €85,000 purchase who has already won a stakes race at Baden-Baden but does have a penalty to carry. TOLKYN came off worse in a bunch finish at Chepstow after finishing second at Salisbury. She has some ability and can make the most of her experience today as Lady Annalee and Just Wait may need more time. Thirsk third Kuragina is probably the pick of the older horses ahead of Bold Emperor.
