Verdict

Ludo's Landing never got close to what looked a smart winner on fast going at Ayr but stayed on and should be suited by easier conditions. MONTE FORTE lost ground at the start when favourite at Carlisle then ran green before staying on. He'll have come on for the experience as will Reward Smile, who showed pace at York before fading inside the final furlong. Dukono may not have been suited by very fast conditions in his two runs to date.
