In depth

Verdict

Ligeti has won twice on the all-weather at Dundalk and has a shout on his second at Leopardstown in May. But Kajaki remains 6lb higher than an earlier success at Catterick, Brimham Rocks is now 11lb higher than when scoring at Haydock and Breakwater Bay is upped in class off a higher mark for winning at Pontefract last time. That being the case, the unexposed NORTHWEST FRONTIER gets the vote to make a winning start in handicaps having landed a maiden at Redcar on only his second outing.
