        Verdict

        Apache Dawn gets the vote in this maiden with Maslak and Stark Contrast rating the main dangers. The selection is one of the least exposed in the field and was a fair third behind Dream Lodge last time out, this looks easier and if he is fit after a 222 day abscence he will be hard to beat. Maslak rates the main danger on his latest third behind Hanician but he has had plenty of chances and again he looks vulnerable. Stark Contrast is another that could go well on his latest second behind Selet. He could improve for the fitting of first time cheek pecies and tounge tie and he should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Snowflight is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but he may be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time and for the winner we return to Apachwe Dawn.
