In depth

Verdict

A terrible start so don't worry about rushing your lunch to see it and narrow preference is for Cash In The Attic who brings some solid enough soft-ground form to the table. Mick Channon's Auction House filly is rated the best in the field and the stable are in fair form. She is on her way to becoming exposed but this looks a good opportunity for her to get off the mark. Blue Dagger is one to watch in the betting; he ran well on debut on soft round but then ran a stinker over this trip and the market may help guide; stablemate Becky Blue is quickly dropped in grade. El Bobby ran well on his second start at Redcar but has shown nothing since including on similar ground, so a bigger danger may be Miss Gibboa, a filly who represents a shrewd team and she drops in class. Unlikely that we'll see many bids after the race, but Cash In The Attic may prove best.
