Verdict

This is complicated by Bashful Boy being engaged in the 5.25 at Gowran yesterday but appears more likely to run here. He was well beaten on his debut at Killarney so has it all to do against ROMAN STONE and Modakhar. The former was beaten a neck on fast going at Carlisle before an easy victory on heavy ground there so can take whatever the conditions throw at him. Karl Burke's charge was having his first start for the yard when just failing to catch Morning Duel at Catterick and the 7lb he receives will ensure the selection has to battle.
