    Verdict

Mark Johnston has won three of the last five renewals so Ghur is expected to improve on her well beaten fourth over 7f at Carlisle in heavy ground. JULLUNDAR ran at the same meeting but fared much better when third over a mile and his earlier nose defeat at Chepstow was an even more impressive effort. He gets the nod as Pearl Ransom has only raced on fast ground, although Bix has gone close on the Fibresand which suggests he could figure. Dolphin Village makes his racecourse debut and is worth noting in the betting.
