Verdict

Counsel is rated 86 but is conceding plenty of weight to the younger horses and it wasn’t the first time he’s returned a losing favourite when second at Nottingham. Jupiter And Mars wasn’t beaten that far when only sixth at Salisbury on his debut and normal progress should him in the mix but a chance is taken on LATTAM. The Haggas charge is a half-brother to former stablemate and three-time winner Motawaajed while Darker is another newcomer to keep an eye on.
