      Verdict

      Rose Marmara won by five lengths at Ayr a fortnight ago but is 10lb higher today and encounters soft ground for the first time. East Street Revue has an even bigger hike in the weights to contend with as he bids for a hat-trick after scoring at Newmarket while Dodgy Bob failed to cope with a 4lb rise last time having won at Hamilton earlier. Just Glamorous has yet to win so the vote goes to RANTAN, beaten only a short-head at Ripon last month and a winner in soft going at Redcar last year.
