Verdict

Flintrock stayed 2m on the Flat and is interesting newcomer for the Neil King yard. Blue Laureate was also a stayer on the level and will have benefited from his run at Warwick. Keep Wondering was receiving 6lb from the useful Mossy Fen at Aintree but kept on for pressure and the third franked the form on Saturday. Ruth Jefferson’s string is going well and BALLY CONOR stepped up on previous efforts when runner-up at Kelso. He will need to settle better to get this longer trip but has the right man on board in Brian Hughes.
