      Verdict

      Andronicus Beau never figured in the Norfolk at Ascot last time and steps up in trip back at this level. But LINE OF DEPARTURE ran on for third over course and distance on his debut having missed the break and the half-brother to high-class sprinter Golden Horde makes most appeal in this with normal progress. Ubari will likely finish closer today while Mayaas cost a whopping 425,000gns as a half-brother to a Listed winner and is preferred of the newcomers.
