Verdict

Kajaki was ahead of Rasasee and Tartan Bute when third over 1m6f here back in June. Rasasee has not raced since but Tartan Bute went close over the same trip at Catterick during the week. Monaco Rose also drops back in distance having failed to threaten in handicaps so far and preference goes to NUCKY THOMPSON. Placed on his last couple of outings over today’s trip, his earlier second at Doncaster has worked out well and Richard Spencer’s charge should make another bold bid.
