In depth
Formwatch
Copper Coin (IRE) Modest effort on first run for new stable at Kempton last month, may fare better here, but he is best watched for the time being.
Supertop Landed the eighteenth win of his career at Perth in May and has been a grand servant over the years. However, he may just strip fitter for the run.
Pertino Failed to get his head in front at Southwell last time and although he is sure to be involved in the shake-up, he may find one too good again from a 4lb higher mark.
Lord Warford Stable beginning to step up a gear and is open to more improvement than most of these, one to consider.
North Kilkenny (IRE) Reverted back to hurdles with modest success but has been found wanting for a change of gear when it matters and may find a couple too good.
Compton Amica (IRE) Another who should be better for the outing and is best left alone for win only purposes.
Dan de Man (IRE) Mixture of the good and the ugly; not to be trusted and not to be backed.
Colonial Rule (USA) Showed some promise last year but best efforts look below what is required here.
Marchaway (IRE) Usually takes time to come to hand and trainer is in poor form though a place is not ruled out.
Kauroa Mail (NZ) Form seemed to peak three months ago; best left alone until showing a return to form.
Saint Ciel (USA) Recent form looks distinctly average.
Dare Easily best effort last time out at Fontwell and would come very close if reproducing that effort; ground should suit.
