Topflightcoolracer offers a bit of value against the likes of Rainbow Fox and Nouveau, with All You Need, Zahour Al Yasmeen and Mangano making for an open affair. Topflightcoolracer was only cheaply bought but ran a race full of promise when second to All You Need at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago. That was off level weights, and as she can meet that rival on 3lb better terms, hopes are high that she can make her handicap bow a winning one on this first try on Turf. The fast conditions should suit, and if she gets into a rhythm early, could prove hard to pass. Rainbow Fox seems to have regained lost confidence judges by the way that he made the most of a lenient mark to score at Ayr, and he will be on most people's short-list. Nouveau landed a gamble at Folkestone last time, but that was on softer ground in apprentice company, so it remains to be seen whether there is anything left in the tank. Zahour Al Yasmeen has yet to find his form and is a shade high in the weights, but Mangano looks well treated and could sneak a place. This does indeed look wide-open, with Topflightcoolracer put up as a cautious selection.
